I have found that as life and business happens the learning curve continues.
I grew up with a father who instilled in me a strong work ethic, the knowledge of doing things the right way the first time, and to work for what you want in life. My father lives the example. He didn't just teach me he showed me! My father as a developer, contractor, and master carpenter taught me as I watched and through opportunity as "I Did".
Having this example made it easier to transition through the past season's of life with the principles he taught me. I started the journey of big picture thinking as I traveled Internationally as a teenager. Missions is a huge part of me. I then enlisted in the US Army. I excelled as a soldier with the work ethic and doing the right thing as a core to my application. After the military,college was the next process of growth. An education is not a 4 year program but a process of being a life learner/student. I have always been challenged to be a life long learner. Learner is the root of the word "disciple". I am a disciple and as a follower of Christ, I am being transformed.
Opportunity has presented itself through-out my life. I worked as an Exercise Physiologist at a Regional Medical Center in a sports medicine facility. The application of accessing the needs of my patients and athletes laid bricks on the foundation of meeting the needs of people.
I found myself in an area of service that I loved but conflicted and frustrated within the politics and abuse of health care politics. I was unwilling to compromise the right thing. I was advised to execute and abuse false charge codes by my Department administrator. I changed directions....
Real Estate is where I found all things taught, believed, and passionate about come together.
I will do the right thing. I will put the needs of others before my own needs. I will listen before speaking. I will apply the right thing to all actions. I will strive to be a learner. i will be a giver rather than a taker. I will contribute to the learning and teaching of all that seek to know the truth.
I have been given opportunity to grow in Real Estate. I am blessed to represent endless clients. I am thankful to have learned through helping others as well as being an investor. I know I pursue understanding from those who have "Lived It & Done It", so I too will give to others from my experiences of having bought, managed, and sold over 650 units of real property.
I have 3 internally and externally beautiful children. I am blessed with a loving wife of 22 years.\
